Guarantee, Returns and Exchanges

All our Mexican hammocks, blankets, clothing and hammock stands are checked and inspected to ensure they are of the utmost quality. We are sure you'll love your purchase. However we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your product, simply contact us and we will arrange a solution for you.


We accept returns in 'as new' unused condition for a replacement or refund of your purchase price within the first 30 days for New Zealand orders only.

Hammock stands must not have been assembled to be eligible for return. 

*We do not charge a restocking or repacking fee on returns, however, free delivery is provided on the original order only, and delivery costs incurred will not be included in the refund amount unless there is a fault with the goods. Refunds will also be less the credit card and Afterpay service fees we incur (2.7% & 5% respectively) as these are non-recoverable costs.


You have 30 days to get in touch to exchange your product. If you have changed your mind or wish to exchange the return & exchange* shipping cost is yours to pay. If there is a fault or you have received the incorrect product we will incur the return shipping cost and advise how best to return your purchase.

*Free delivery is provided on the original order only, for exchanges the cost to send an exchanged item back to you is at your cost and you will be informed of and requested to pay this amount at the time of exchange request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges from overseas orders.


We provide a 6-month limited guarantee for manufacturing defects and 1 year on all hammock stands. Defects that arise due to improper use or weather influence (sun, wind or rain) are not considered warranty cases. The guarantee does not cover normal wear or defects that occur due to misuse, overloading or cover accidental ‘pulled’ cords.
